Shipping Policy

Processing & Assembly Time All of our framed posters are hand-assembled with custom mat boards at our studio in Eugene, Oregon. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be carefully assembled, inspected, and packed before it is shipped.

Note: During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following shipping methods:

• Economy Shipping: 7–10 business days

Domestic Shipping Only Currently, Crater Supply ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages Crater Supply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to love your art. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at sales@cratersupply.com so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.
